Hey, thanks for the tutorial. Im a comlete noob at photoshop just got it last week. I followed your instructions they were very clear and easy to understand. Im pleased to announce that after watching this video ive actually created my first water drop. thanks again.

what if i use the brush tool and set the brush settings, i cant do the thing he said, select the background layer, then hold ctrl of command then filter>distort>ripple..... i cant do that... pls help!

You should have also added to save layer style, this allows the user to save it for future images using the water drops effect quick and easily without having to readd all the settings.
